ADCNR-built boat ramp eight miles west of Vernon at the Lamar County Public Fishing Lake access point — the primary launch on the 68-acre lake, located with the restrooms, concessions (bait, tackle, snacks), fishing pier, cabins, and campsites. Personal boats launch with the $5 Fishing Permit (launch included).
