TVA-managed reservation at 3464 Snow Point Road on the Marshall County side of Guntersville Dam. Visitor center, day-use shoreline access, and a one-mile loop hike past a Civil War-era saltpeter cave. Boat-ramp access in the broader tailrace reach is through nearby Marshall and Morgan-county ramps in the upper Wheeler pool — verify the current TVA signage for any trailer launch at the reservation itself before hauling a boat. This is NOT Lake Guntersville State Park, which sits UPSTREAM of the dam on the Guntersville pool and is not a tailrace launch.
